Oscar winning actress, Halle Berry, was rushed to the hosptial in Los Angeles Tuesday night after suffing a minor head injury.
During a fight sequence on the set of her new film,”The Hive,” she fell and hit her head on the concrete. She began to vomit, which is one of the symptoms of a concussion so an ambulance was called and she was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. After they ran a few tests, she was deemed healthy and released.

Her spokeswoman, Meredith O’Sullivan, released a statement soon after Halle was discharged from the hospital, “She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”

This is not Halle’s first work related injury. She broke her foot earlier this year on location in Spain for “Cloud Atlas.” As a result, she couldn’t attend the Academy Awards in February.

Its great to hear that Halle Berry is doing well and working on yet another film. She is a busy bee. Guess you have to be when you have to pay Gabriel Aubrey‘s $20,000 a month child support!

Hmm, that’s what happens when wealthy women date the beautiful men with no jobs. Are you taking note JLO?

“The Hive” co-stars Abigail Breslin is due in theaters sometime next year.
